Darker colors

I have a plan to paint my RV 9 in the same dark blue as the Voight Corsairs and Avenger colours. I've had some comments about hot fuel after time in the sun. I'm running an IO 320. Is this something I should change/be concerned about?

if you only run avgas, no. It might vent a little bit as it expands, but nothing to worry about.
American auto gas in a dark blue plane left in the arizona sun all day... "probably".

My opinion: unless it's sitting for a long time (days to weeks) in a really hot location and is full of fuel when parked, I would not worry about it. Yes, you might lose a bit if near full and it expands but probably not enough to worry about.
