Dallas Air Park (F69) Back from the Dead?

What's the deal with Dallas Air Park? It was supposedly undergoing ugly litigation and looked like it was going to get the midnight bulldozer treatment like Megis Field. But supposedly its all love and kisses now and there's even a FBO.

Can anyone give a real PIREP? With ADS closed for the next few weekends, F69 looks the best stop-in spot for weekend commuting for me.

Air Park Dallas

I'm still a member of RFC and they are keeping their planes there while ADS gets a face lift. There have been a few emails about where the planes can be parked how to get to the tie downs, etc... The FBO on the field is not operation in the building at the NW end of the field. This is tied up in litigation, atm. He can be called if needed. Gas is available 1030 - 1900 M-Sat and 1300-1800 on Sun.

I'll PM you the number to the FBO there if you're interested. The field is open.
