Would like to know the best angle to cut the exhaust pipe at the 4 inch line. ie straight accross or 45 degree and facing back or foreward. Thanks Sam...

I cut mine at an angle hoping that exhaust thrust makes the RV-12 go faster.
It is mostly a matter of personal preference as long as it is not too short. Your passengers do not want hot feet.

That will never work Joe, you need a 90 degree elbow pointing backward for maximum thrust.
