crotch mount for hooker belts

Looking at the Hooker belts, but I installed the crotch strap anchors to Vans dimensions.
What modifications would need to be done for the wider crotch anchor with bushing and smaller bolt size that the Hookers have compared to Vans?
Archives mention this issue, but I have not located the cures.

Modify bushing

I drilled out the bushing and ground it down to fit the Van's mount dimensions. There's not much left of the bushing but now it fits.

I set the distance between the anchor plates at 5/16" and drilled the bolt holes to 1/4". This should give me enough room for whatever belts I decide on.

I ground down the bushings and reamed out the holes. Hooker - sue me. I don't think they have a problem with this. But, contact them to double check.
