cross bar on engine mount with barrett engines

Could anyone who has a Barrett engine who had to make a mod to cross bar on engine mount due to oil sump, please post or send me a picture after mod is done. falcon"nine zero zero"guy at gmail.com

Grind sump

I did not modify the motor mount. I ground the fins on the sump to provide the needed clearance

I noticed on your web site you referred to the tube as a non-structural cross member.
It wouldn't be there if it was non structural.........
