just to confirm that when fitting the cowl, the only part that actualy overlaps is the flange right behind the spinner. The outside edge of both air intakes should be butt joints with one piece sitting on top of the other but not overlapping?
Also, the upper and lowel cowl overlap along the side seams. Any thoughts about which to trim (or both). My feeling is to keep the line of the upper and trim all the excess off the lower.
