Couple of Random Tool Questions...

1) Anyone out there have experience with US Tools 3X (TP83) Rivet Gun? If so, what do you think of it?

2) Do you use microstop countersink cages with or without nylon feet? Do the nylon feet make a difference?

Can't speak to question number 1, but I do have and use both types of countersink cages. I tend to hold the cage with one hand and the drill in the other, and have never noticed a difference with the nylon feet. Neither seem to damage the surface.

I've found that I had fewer scratches with the nylon foot.

I would recommend the nylon feet, Recently my cages have been leaving marks on the material, If its available it doesnt hurt anything.

No. 1. Yes. Excellent Gun. Right size for building RV's.

No. 2. Both. No difference. I can scratch aluminum just as well with either!
