Counter Sinking Wing Spar 706

Good Day Folks,

I finished counter sinking the # 8 screw holes in the left wing spar the other day. This afternoon I started (and finished) on the right spar. As I was checking the width of the first # 8 screw counter sink it came out to 0.391 on the digital caliper :( . I re-adjusted the counter sink cage and all the rest came out great, according to the digital caliper. Is the one # 8 screw counter sink that is at 0.391 going to be an issue? If so can I fill in the hole with JB Weld and re-countersink it? Is there another fix, if this is an issue?

As always, thanks for the insight and help.

Cheers

Chris

Sorry, as I re-read my post I forgot to mention that these are the # 8 screw countersinks that attach the tank skins to the 706 wing spar. I'm guessing this is still not an issue?
