I have a 2010 model RV 12 with Rotax 912 ULS. I've noticed that the later models don't have the shroud. I'm doing my condition inspection now and I'm thinking about removing it. I feel that would allow a closer inspection of the engine and the mounting Allen bolts. What are your thoughts?
