Control stick wiring to panel

How have you secured the Com cable and control stick wires allowing for the motion of the stick? Photos would help.

RV-6, not sure how similar to RV-14 but here's a pic. Comes out the bottom of the stick, zip-tied over to the left on bottom side of the control tube with enough slack for full motion.
