I have seen on here about trouble getting the wires through the control stick.
I figured I would get strings in there ahead of when I need them and came up with a great way to do it.
I put a small washer about the size for a #6 screw and tied it to a piece of crochet thread or you could us a heavy sewing thread.
Put the string and washer down the bottom side and leave some slack thread in your other hand. Shake the stick and it will go right past the mounting bushing.
Once you get it to the intersection hold the stick at an angle with the bend facing down. All the time shake the stick and keep feeding slack thread.
It took less than a minute to do each one.
One gave me trouble getting a string back up and I had to start over-- I don't know what it got stuck on but the string would not budge.
The second time it worked great.
Just something to think about.
