Control column bushings

It has come to my attention by Paul Merems of Experimentalaero.com that there is a problem with the bushings that go into the WD-611 left and right. The bushing is undersized and therefore there is some slop in the aileron throw. The best way to test for this is to lock one control stick into position and then move the other left and right. If you feel that there is excessive slop between the two sticks, I have a fix. I will make custom bushings that will fit your control columns that will reduce greatly or eliminate slop. I will make sure the bushing tube is a smooth, clean surface. I can do this for the -6,-7 and -9.

If you need this work performed, I will need the following items.

Both control columns WD-611.
The old bushings. They will be returned.
The AN4-27 bolts through the bushings. They will be fitted to the hole and marked accordingly.

$40.00 includes return shipping Continental US. Outside CUS will be higher.

I am an unemployed electrician/machinist trying to keep the mortgage company off my back and still put two kids through college. If you have other machining needs, let me know.
