Connect for voltage

I need help in connecting my Dynon SV for battery voltage. I know the wire from the Dynon but I do not know where on the airplane to connect it.
I believe it is simple, and I am simple but unknowledgeable.

Most any place on the supply side (buss) of the electrical system should be fine.

Ideal would be the switched side of the master contactor, but not worth the extra effort if it requires another firewall penetration.

If you are referring to #1 wire on the 37 pin SV EMS connecter, Mike is right, any ship voltage source that is handy. I attached mine to the near by buss bar. Dan

Thanks for your help guys. I thought I could hook it at any 12 volt connection, but I was not sure.
