The POH links won't do it, but I found a -9 condition inspection on the VAF site that I modified to work with my equipment and the points I found important. It was for RV-9 N941WR and had some nice features like a consumables list (with part numbers). I reordered it slightly to an inspection order that made more sense to me, moved the close-up items to a section of their own at the end, and extended the notes sections so that I could write up any squawks I found and check them off as fixed before closing the aircraft back up and signing it off. As a jumping-off point, I think it is an excellent document in Word format.
