Cleco lube?

Ok VAF brain trust ... do you lube your clecos?

After an empennage and partially through a wing build, I find my clecos sometimes a bit "sticky" -- especially the #40's which get quite a bit of use. Some sticky ones improved greatly after a drop of air tool oil.

Anyone else have this experience? My clecos are USA made, so they shouldn't come with the standard Harbor Freight/made in who-knows-where caveat emptor disclaimer.

Anyone lube their clecos?

This is probably mentioned elsewhere, but you'll want to clean ALL the oil off any clecos you use when final assembling the tanks. Soak 'em in solvent, swish 'em around, and let 'em dry.
