cleaning yellow fuel dye stains from paint

I run 92 octane, no ethanol, auto fuel and have some stains from the yellow dye that are near impossible to remove. Anyone have success removing the yellow stains?

We have used a product called "goop off" from Home Depot to clean up blue 100LL stains. Works well.
