Circuit Breaker Polarity, Line v Load

This is a general question about aircraft circuit breakers. There is a line and load side specified on most circuit breakers, and some breakers the polarity is not specified. I have bench tested a few breakers and they break when enough current is loaded on either side. So, does it matter which side the current is originating from and are circuit breakers dependable if the polarity is reversed?

Just found this link, http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=160676&sid=0868a57c77bfa8b92b75fe234fddc12c, written by Bob Nuckolls who explains that for simple breakers like my Tycos, it doesnt matter which way the breaker is oriented, they will still function properly. So I just answered my own question.
