So I was trying to drill my buss bars to connect all the circuit breakers (10 across) and could not get them to line up properly since the copper material was so soft and the drill bit wandered. 3D printer to the rescue. Printed a drill block that allows Van's copper buss bar to slide in the bottom and a hole for the #6 screw (#27 or #28 bit) can easily get drilled perfectly spaced at 0.65" apart. Simple jig, but would have saved me some screwed up copper bar had I thought of this first. If you want the 3D file (3mf) send me a PM with your email address. You could easily adjust the spacing and number of holes or just use it for less than 10 CB's wide. Ends up fitting nicely on the back of the CB's and keeps them straight on the panel.
