CHECKLIST - Anyone Have DIY Single Page RV-12iS PDF DOC to Share

I am teaching a new owner in a RV-12iS. The POH is a pain to use and frankly not a fan,
The POH has been beat up by previous owner, pages pulled out. Not great.
I know CHECK MATE has one, but from what I see not really great.

I want a good single page two sided laminated checklist BUT...i

If anyone has some examples I would appreciate a copy.

I sold my plane two years ago but had used the attached. I took the PDF to Office Depot and had them print it at, I think, 70%, and laminate it.

John thank you so much... Really appreciate you. That will help my student trying to manipulate the POH in the cockpit is awkward at best.

I own a Legacy -12 but occasionally do transition training or phase 1 checkouts in -iS's. These are definitely going into my bag of teaching tools. Thanks,
