Change from wood to aluminum propeller

I'm changing my wooden propel on my RV-4. What is the recomended position to install a new Sensenic alu-propel on a 320 Lycoming? Looking from the front and backwords the RV. is it 2/8 or what?

You want the engine coming up on compression with the prop in the 10:00/4:00 position as if you were hand propping the engine.
