Heavy crush plate
One way to move the empty CG forward is with a heavy crush plate.
http://www.sabermfg.com/ makes a setup like this for RVs. My heavy crush plate measured just shy of 20 lbs.
You will need the 12 hole extension from them, also.
This mod moved my empty CG about 1 inch forward.
(1.16? from 72.03 to 70.87 on my RV6; the Datum may be different on the RV7,
but the change will be similar)
