Here's my first shot at creating an RV-12 hat. I'm sure the logo is copyrighted, so I don't want to make hats but you should be able to print this out, size it to fit your hat and take it to any custom embroidering shop. Tell them to ignore the background colors and do all the letters/nombers/airplane in the color of your choice. You'll wannt to change the N-number of course. I found nice long-billed caps at e4Hats.com.
