I don't recall reading about the slider's rear skirt fretting the fuselage skin in the plans or on the VAF fora. Did I miss an instruction/recommendation to apply anti-chafe tape beneath the skirt?

Haven't measured the depth of the "canyons" but they are fingernail catchers for sure. I best ask the mothership where the line is between blend & fill and installing doublers. Would appreciate hearing if this is normal wear for a slider without anti-chafe.
With the number I did on the plane's first set of wheel pants, this is reason no. two I was wise to fly first and paint later.
