Canopy Seal for TipUp

Greetings I am just getting final inspection next Tuesday, then testing...Yahoo Question, what do you use to seal the front of the canopy where it meets the forward cowl at the hinge. I have all those nice little openings there from the tabs. Thanks Randy

Two things

Are you talking about the little scallops from the tabs or the overall seal?

For the little gaps from the tabs I used proseal. The main seal is the stock rubber seal. Works pretty good.

The Scalloped Tabs

Yep Those scalloped tabs are what I am talking about. ProSeal makes sense. I was hoping for a "not-so-messy" solution, but I guess it's time to get the rubber gloves out again. Thanks, Randy C-GYOO
