canopy replacement

Question from newbie.I have an rv6a that needs a new canopy.Is there any other suppliers besides Vans $875.00 & $300.00 shipping or is anyone shipping to Southern CA that wants to share shipping cost .

I need a replacement also for my -6 and am not thrilled by the cost + shipping either. When I contacted Airplane Plastics, they told me that Vans owns the tooling and they have an agreement that only allows them to sell to Vans.
