Canopy Latch Switch Pin

Can someone tell me who has built their 12 what pin number the canopy latch switch wire (WH-W1114) would go to on the D-Sub connector? I am guessing that it would go onto the WH-00046 fuselage wiring harness D-Sub seeing that is where it is being referenced in Section 31-B instructions. My harness doesn't have it strung within the wire bundle so I ran a separate wire back to the D-Sub connector. I tried to search through the RV-12 forum but didn't turn up anything.

Fuselage connector - Pin 8

The canopy latch micro-switch is wired to pin 8 of the fuselage connector. In my drawings that pin is labeled as "flap position" ... so the drawing has not caught up yet with the new change.

Another option is to connect the canopy switch to an unused general purpose input on the SV-EMS-220, like pin 9 or 10 (GP5 or GP6).
