cable penetration grommet

On page 50-02, the instructions call for passing the throttle and other cables through the "cable penetration grommet." I cannot find any instructions for installing that grommet.

Can anyone provide me with the part number for this grommet? Do I need to open up the ID (as some of the other firewall grommets require)? If so, what is the modified ID?

Ken, I seem to recall that a 1/2" socket and a vice is used to cut the hole through the supplied grommet.
