I watched the EAA video showing the back-riveting with the C-frame. This seems the way to go. Unfortunately, I don't have a C-frame yet (only using a self-made C-frame dimpler). I checked out the Cleveland tool catalogue and they are selling the back riveting tool without the C-frame. I will get that tool the next time I'm in the US. To buy the C-frame as well is a bit out of question; there is no way, that I can squeeze this in the carry-on bag for an oversea flight
... I have enough steel pieces laying around to make my own. Since I have some time on my hands I would like to start, but I don't have the exact measurements. Could somebody give me the exact diameter (for the bsuhing) and the exact length of the Cleveland back-riveting tool? The height of the standard C-frame would also be helpful...
