Bulkhead Cap F-704K...before riveting?

I've been putting-off riveting the upright cap strip thinking that I might need to attach "something" before it goes on permanent. (This is the vertical bulkhead cap at the spar, on each outboard side & has the angled section at the bottom.)
I saw one thread where the builder installed some of the mini eyeball panel lights at the top of the cap. ...not a bad idea.

Anyone have any suggestions or anything special with this piece before I button it up for good?

If you are building a slider you need to leave them off because there is a bolt for the roll bar that goes thru the top of the aft canopy deck and longeron. With these spar caps in place you will not be able to attach or tighten the nut and spacer. This is on plans page 42.
