bottom mid fuse lip that goes to bottom of wing

I can't find where the spacing is in the blueprints for the actual spacing. the top one shows it on plan 12.

maybe it's right in front of me. looks like every other one.

edit-- also the top wing says go to drawing 43 and I end up with a canopy blueprint.

See the wing rivet drawing. You should have left open every other skin-to-rib rivet hole. You transfer their locations to the fuse flange that overlaps. The wing gap fairing picks up every third hole on top of the wing behind the spar.
