Bob Eicher's first flight 120156

Bob Eicher flew his RV-12 120156 today at about 8:00 am this morning from Spruce Creek airport (7FL6) with Capt. Mike Kelly in chase in RV-12 120186 which first flew in February.

Its going too fast

RV-12 120156 must be going very fast. It is making waves in the sky!:D
How does it do that with the prop standing still?;)

John, please don't tel Van where it is it may be several weeks before they miss it.

Joe, it is a new secret jet engine program that we have developed and the prop is feathered to make less drag when flying on the jet engine only.

Yea that my story and I am sticking to it.

Congrats

Bob and Vern - it's hard to beat 'red'. I think that the red ones fly a little faster than 120K but won't tell anyone else. Now the fun starts - congrats again.:)
