Beringer wheels and brake kit.

I've bought a kit for an RV7A. The teeth on the disk are a bit tight to fit into the slots on the wheel and may need dressing with a file.
Has anybody else had a similar problem and how did you fix it?

I had a similar experience and then realized that they were actually a very precise fit. Takes me a bit to put them in when i have to but no filing needed and they don't scuff the wheels.

Granted, I may have gotten lucky and yours really are too tight.

Mine were a snug, but fine fit too.
