Battery Tray Location

Looking for advise on the battery tray location for an RV8 with a O-360-A1A engine. The plans have two options: firewall or rear baggage area. Thanks, Tom

Tom - you can do a search for this - we've hashed it over a few times. I can tell you that with an O360 A1A, Hartzell prop, and an aft-mounted Odyssey battery, I am still near the forward end of the CG box when I am solo. Aft battery made sense for me!
