Baffles

I'm currently reviewing all the baffle plans and going through the parts and notice that in OP-40 page 3, that the CB-705A is already punched punched out for the holes for the oil cooler. The diagram shows the nutplate holes, the ignition hole, and of course the big square that is cutout.

Are builders supposed to cut and drill these holes?

I've read in OP27 that the builder needs to determine where to place the oil cooler....so that would suggest that you do have to cut your own opening.

From experience, where have people placed the oil cooler opening at that location?
