Baffle Seal Hardware

I'm getting close to the point of installing the seal material for the baffles. On a previous project, I used rivets/ washers for seals, but this time around, I'd like to use #4 or #6 screws/ tinnerman washers instead of the pop rivets. Anyone gone this route?

You could go that way, although it seems like a lot of hardware. I ordered up some special solid rivets that are softer than the standard issue, and also some accompanying washers for backing, then hand squeezed them on. Works well and looks a lot better than the pop rivets. Dont recall the part number, but I got them from Genuine Aircraft Hardware

I have used "aluminum binding post screws". They are very light.
