Bad light on Lane B switch?

Working on the PAP checklists...

The green light on my Lane B switch is inop. Never turns on. Red lights for both lanes work, and I get all the expected indications when the Lane B switch is turned on. Looking at the wiring diagram, I think it's unlikely that it's anything external to the switch.

Anyone else run into this?

Easiest thing is probably to order a replacement switch and hope that fixes it. OTTO part K1ABBPCADA, think. Mouser has them.

Usually my money is on a pin that has backed out. But in this case, two pins, 1/14 or 15/16 would have had to back out together.. but that'd also mean that Lane B wont work.

The only way you can test the light in-situ is to put 12 volts through a 1K resistor (or more, itll be dimmer), then to pin 15 or 16. and put ground on pin 3. The resistor is needed otherwise you'll kill the LED.

Yeah, that was my initial thought too, but when I looked at the wiring diagram I didn't see any single point of failure that would do it.

I may pull that side of the panel this weekend and test it.
