It wasn’t without cost. One of our ebikes shifted while loading and hit the right rear pax widow. There’s was a loud bang and just like that a 6 inch hole. Not sure what part of the bike hit as it was in a bike bag and it didn’t hit that hard but it was enough apparently. I scrounged some duct tape and patched it up and it held all the way back. But now I get the joy of replacing it 🤬🤬🤬IMG_0781.jpegIMG_0780.jpegIMG_0779.jpegIMG_0778.jpegIMG_0776.jpeg

Ouch, that hurts, especially the wallet.
200MPH duct tape is the way to go.
When I first started flying skydivers, the planes were duct taped all over.
You could probably just leave it and save yourself the money and the work🤣

Not sure where you're located, but I have a spare set of rear windows if you need. PM me if you're interested. I did my 10 with Cee Bailey smoked windows and neglected to remove the rear windows from my kit order.

I kinda like the New Glarus cardboard stiffener.

But sorry those evil e-bikes broke your window.

Honestly, if you have the adhesive, I think you could replace the window in a weekend. Bag the airplane, tape a trashbag on the inside of that window to catch debris, and establish the perimeter of the window with a belt sander. Dremel around the perimeter and see if you can remove the window chunk by chunk. Sand the perimeter, cut the new window to fit, glue it up and walk away for a couple 'o days.
