Axle Extension screw

I want to order a couple spare screws that hold the wheel pant to the axle extension. In the plans, page 48-7, figure 1, the screw is named as "HWLP24693C296". I can't find this nomenclature anywhere and a search on the posts turns up nada. It appears to be an AN4 bolt with a flush head, about 3/4" long. Can anyone help me with the proper name/designation so I can order them?

It's on "The List" under the part number that Todd identified if ordering from Van's.

It's a 3/4 inch long 1/4-28 thread.

Now, how did you know that? And why would Van's give it the name they did if it isn't correct? Maybe outdated nomenclature?

6 1/2 years of building a seeming endless project. If I had a nickle for every minute I've spent on ACS, Wicks, Avery, Cleaveland, Steinair, ATS, GAHCo, and Van's websites, to name a few, shopping for pieces parts, my kit would have been paid for many times over. So I basically just picked up hardware nomenclature by shear repetition.
