I just checked Van's sight and the avionics kit is listed as $13995. does that include the update to skyview or is that extra? I have not ordered any avionics yet.

The ONLY Avionics for sale now are Skyview. The older D180-D100 are not available form Vans. Download and check out the order form. The exact components you get depend on what you have already ordered and when. For example, if you have ordered a finish kit very recently you got Skyview harnesses with it (or on backorder). If you got your finish kit a long time ago you got the old harnesses and the Avionics kit will provide adapter harnesses.
 
Avionics Question

If you ordered the finish kit and it was shipped with the subkit 5 backordered you will recieve the new skyview harness and the parts necessary to bring the previously completed kits up to skyview level.
Isn't this fun?
