Hey everyone! Just thought I'd make a special post to let everyone know about all the aviation related happenings next weekend (6/11-12) in Southeastern Pennsylvania!
In Lancaster County we have 2 large events taking place only a few miles from one another. First on Saturday 6/11 there is the EAA 540 Fly/Drive-in breakfast at Smoketown Airport (S37). This fly-in is always well attended with lots of activities other than just breakfast. http://www.eaa540.org/
Second, Lancaster airport (KLNS) is hosting the 1st annual Amish Country Tail Dragger Fly-in also on Saturday 6/11! Finally in Chester County PA New Garden Airport (N57) is hosting a 2 day airshow on Saturday and Sunday (which means you can go to the other events on Saturday and the airshow Sunday)! This airshow is always pretty impressive for a smaller sized airport. Lots of RV guys and other homebuilders are in the area so I'm sure you might see some VAF hats in the area (including mine).
