Audio Outputs

I have a pair of G3X's a 507 and a GTX375 that have audio outputs..

I know I don't need the 507 audio output , the G3X takes care of it but do I need the GTX 375 audio outputs. What alerts does the GTX 375 have that the G3X doesn't???

May I use either one of G3X's for my audio output?
