Assembly Sequence ?

What seems the best time (sequence) to attach the stabilator...wait the last minute, or put it on after the skins of the tail cone are completely riveted? I just don't want to "get in my own way" - suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I put my entire emp together and then tied it up into my fuse. If you look at the plans the HS should not be in your way when you put the fairing on. In fact Van's see's no reason to wait (other than the fact that the fairing ships with the finishing kit!) I even hooked my wires up to the lawn mower to make sure the electric trim worked!
