appraiser needed - Michigan area

I would like some recommendations for an appraiser for my RV12 which is listed in the classified forum already but without a price (yet). The airplane is in Troy, MI but any reasonable location for the recommended person would be helpful.

AOPA used Vref for a while as a member benefit but dropped it. EAA unofficially suggested them. I used them. Since vendor bashing is a no-no here I will refrain. Mostly it was good but I raised some concerns and was firmly told that my concerns were going to be ignored. FWIW.

I will post updated pics and a price soon. Anyone wanting to know more can PM.
