AP 74 issues

My AP 74 will usually hold altitude but intermittently does not.
My heading rarely ever holds. If by some chance it is holding and I turn the heading bug, it will fly right through the selected heading and not work again until some other random time I try it.
I have performed the servo calibration.
Hoping for a place to start looking.

shear pins

I would start by checking the shear pins in your servos. Then, if the shear pins are in good, I would re-calibrate the system. If it still doesn't work after that, I would call Dynon.

It also sounds like the sensitivity setting is set way too sensitive. Check the manual, read the sections regarding inflight adjustment, and try a less sensitive setting. Running through the software settings is the first place to start.
