It's been a goal of mine to build an RV-4 since I was in my mid-20s. 30 years later, reality is setting in and I'm thinking the build is still a few years away! So, to pass the time, I thought I'd see if anyone might be looking for a responsible, professional commercial aviator, Navy background, as a partner in a -4 or an -8. I obviously prefer the tandem layout. Ideally based at CXY, Capital City Airport in New Cumberland, PA.
