Anyone based at TxAeroSport X65?

I was looking at TxAeroSport , (X65) as a possible retirement location.
Anyone based there that can give me the inside scoop?
 
I know its close to Sherman which usually has the cheapest gas in the COUNTRY, I've flown over it many times on the way to fuel up :D
