Any Handhelds Capable for a primary?

Its in my second flyer so an occasional use under the veil and maybe cutting though the DFW Bravo occasionally is the mission.
The new Dynon transmitts at 1.5 watts.. is this really a limitation?
I do want t to be able to be powered by the plane
Connect to an external antenna
interface with a intercom.

What are yor suggestions and experiences?
