Any Claims Experience with USAIG?

Its time for the annual insurance re-up on the RV-7. The quotes I got from Shanna at Nationair show the rates for USAIG to be a good bit lower than my previous year insurer (AIG). Does anybody have any experiences with claims through USAIG? Obviously I'd like to take advantage of a lower premium but not at the risk of getting jerked around if there were a claim.

I have dealt with them on several claims. There was no problem.

It was more than a dozen years ago but when my 182 partner had a prop strike USAIG paid for everything including engine tear down, no hassles at all.

Great Experience

A friend and I, both RV builders, had our Rans Couriers insured by AIG Chartis when that pesky Sun n Fun tornado came to visit. Our experience was a exceptionally good. Both airplanes were considered a total loss. We bought the salvage back at a very good price. We're both still clients.
