Another hole through the main spar

Has anyone got the blessing from Vans on drilling another 7/8 hole for wiring through the main spar. It would be right above the two in the middle that come from the factory quick build kits.

Am I reading this correctly? You drill through them in different spots? The forward and aft bulkheads? Which would mean your wires stagger?

I don't think they're explicitely different for each, the outside portions for example have overlap. but for the inboard section there would need to be an offset it seems due to the supporting structure. there is enough room inside the gap to allow for routing wiring bundles through and turning
