Angle alignment on HS stab

I need some help on how to align my angles to the front spar of the HS. The instructions have me use the alignment hole then says to align, clamp and drill. But I cannot find anything in the instructions or plans on how to align the angles so that I can match drill the holes to the spar.
Please help.
Thank you,

Assuming you're talking about drilling HS-908-L & R to the forward spar: You make the angle, and drill all of its attachment holes per the dimensions on the plans (DWG 3). Then cleco the top center hole of the angle to the matching pre punched hole in the spar. Then clamp a straight edge (scrap angle or something) across the bottom face of both HS-908. This ensures that they are both in alignment. Further clamp each HS-908 to the spar to ensure they don't go anywhere and use the rest of the holes in each HS-908 to match drill to the forward spar.
